Sheriff Chuck Smith reported that the Meriwether County Sheriff’s Office and the Upson Regional Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at 106 Teal Lane, Luthersville, Ga. The search warrant execution resulted in an arrest along with a seizure of drugs and firearms from the location.

 

 

“On September 9, 2015 the Meriwether County Sheriff’s Office and the Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant on Teal Lane Luthersville, Georgia. Narcotics Agents seized 5.9 grams of marijuana, five oxycodone pills, 17.0 grams of methamphetamine, two digital scales and two firearms. Agents arrested Ridardrian Herlanquez Favors, B/M, 28 years of age, of 106 Teal Lane, Luthersville, Ga., for the offenses of VGCSA Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Oxycodone a Schedule II Drug, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. Ridardrian Herlanquez Favors was transported to the Meriwether County Sheriff’s Office Jail and charged as stated with his bond being set at $25,000.00.” Sheriff Chuck Smith said.

“This is the third time that we have executed a search warrant at 106 Teal Lane, Luthersville, Ga. Stephanie Favors has been identified as the legal occupant of this address and she is the mother of Ridardrian Herlanquez Favors. We cited Stephanie Favors for the offense of Maintaining a Disorderly House in regard to this matter. This is the first time that we have charged Ridardrian Favors in these search warrant executions.The previous offenders were his family members. This investigation is ongoing and additional charges could be filed.” Sheriff Chuck Smith advised.
